Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nengarden.com

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional information regarding returns and refunds.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellations are not guaranteed once order processing has begun.
