Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nen Garden. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Preorder Items: If your order includes a preorder item, it will be shipped according to the month and/or timeframe specified in the product description. Preorder items are shipped once they become available.

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Preorder Items): If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping, but please note that it may take longer as it is being shipped from the U.S. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
